Payment options- Packaging Specialties accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also choose COD, which will incure a charge from either FedEx or UPS. If you have a Packaging Specialties NET 30 account you may choose this option during the checkout process. Shipment of orders- Online stock orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Some products may not be stocked in our Portland warehouse and may require additional time. Please feel free to call us at 800.777.9911 if you require additional information on specific items and their availability.

Shipment methods- We will ship your order via the least expensive available carrier. If you require a specific carrier or faster shipping methods you may request this under Shipping Instructions during the checkout process.

Return policy- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our In-Stock products, you can return them within 15 days and we will promptly exchange them, credit your account or refund your money. After 15 days, restocking charges will apply. Special orders may not be returned.
